Do I offer in person therapy?

Due to recommendation from the CDC I am currently not offering in person session. I will provide an update as to when this will change.

What are your rates?

My rates are listed under pricing. Rates range from $180 to $220

Do I offer sliding scale?

I reserve a specific number of sliding scale spots to provide access to services for those who need financial accommodation with proof of financial needs.

Who do you work with?

I provide counseling for adults who reside in California. My expertise is in Perinatal Mental Health, Depression, Anxiety, Life Transitions, Trauma and Relationship Issues. I don’t provide counseling for children or couples.

What happens in the initial meeting?

The initial session is the time for you to start to share your story, talk about your goals and what you would like to change. Another important aspect of the first session is deciding if we are a good fit.

What is your cancellation policy?

I require 24 hours notice of cancellation or you will need to pay for the appointment. An occasional exception may be made in the case of an emergency.
