I specialize in treating Postpartum Mood and Anxiety Disorders. As the perinatal journey can be very complex, I offer support and skills to help you along, wherever that journey may take you. Through planning and preparation for postpartum, I help to empower expecting and new parents.
Depression is a common mental illness that can severely impact how you feel and they way you act. Without treatment it can get worse and last longer. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy can be very effective in treating depression and improving overall wellbeing.
